Questions players ask

When should I open chests instead of banking into the Skill Tree?

If you have capped every Skill Tree node, route every Key into Mythical chests. Otherwise, compare the next Skill Tree rank's projected Keys-equivalent against the chest EV; bank into the higher of the two.

Are the chest EV numbers verified?

No. Evolution Studio Games does not publish per-tier drop rates. The chest EV table is treated as a player-entered scenario in the optimizer and labeled guidance-grade.

Is the Mythical chest worth opening?

Yes — it is the only path to the Mythical-tier Jungle weapon. The Mythical chest's expected Keys value (~480 Keys per opened chest) is materially higher than the lower tiers, and the Mythical-tier drop is the top-rarity spike in the game.

What is the Final Swarm Skill Tree?

A permanent 8-node upgrade ladder banked with Keys between runs. The nodes are Damage, Max Health, Defense, Player Speed, Pickup Range, Attack Range, Utility, and Luck. Damage ranks compound across every future run and are the highest-priority spend for new players.
